- Product: 2027 nucleus colony reservation in a Jester Nuc Box.
- Queen: every nuc comes with a mated queen. She may be current-year or previous-year depending on when she was introduced and the part of the season purchased.
- Brood: approximately 2.5 to 3 frames of brood in various stages.
- Resources: one food frame plus a partial frame for the bees to finish drawing out.
- Selection standard: queens are selected for good brood patterns and must be laying for a minimum of two weeks before sale.
