Understory Harvest manages the colonies while the sponsoring organization participates through an agreed program. Because bees and harvests are seasonal, the scope is discussed before any commitment rather than presented as a one-size-fits-all package.
Possible program elements
Depending on goals and season, a proposal may include managed hive support, educational updates or talks, and a share of available honey for employee or client gifts. Exact deliverables are documented in the proposal.
Responsible storytelling
Partners can communicate an authentic connection to local beekeeping and pollinator awareness. Sponsorship does not by itself certify an organization, quantify an environmental offset, or guarantee a honey yield.

- Any site requirements, safety boundaries, pricing, and seasonal contingencies are put in writing before work begins.
