A current summary of the options configured for eligible Understory Harvest orders.
Local pickup may be offered at checkout for eligible US orders, including customers outside Virginia. Pickup is arranged directly after the order is placed. Please wait for confirmation and appointment details; no walk-in apiary address is published.
For products eligible to ship, checkout is currently configured with a $9.95 Virginia flat-rate option and a $24.95 USPS flat-rate option for addresses outside Virginia. The method and charge shown for the actual cart and destination at checkout are authoritative.
Queens and nucleus-colony reservations are local pickup only in Haymarket, Virginia; parcel shipping is not available for live bees. A mixed cart containing live bees must use pickup. Biological, weather and scheduling constraints apply; pickup timing is arranged directly.
Product-specific processing, cancellation, deposit and return terms are still being finalized. Before purchasing a time-sensitive, perishable, live-bee or appointment product, request the applicable terms by email. Do not mail or deliver a return without authorization.
