Flat-rate shipping
For products eligible to ship, checkout is currently configured with a $9.95 Virginia flat-rate option and a $24.95 USPS flat-rate option for addresses outside Virginia. The method and charge shown for the actual cart and destination at checkout are authoritative.
Seasonal and live-bee products
Queens, nucleus colonies and other seasonal reservations have biological, weather and scheduling constraints. Do not assume these items can be shipped. Contact Understory Harvest before ordering whenever the product page or checkout does not state the applicable fulfillment method clearly.
Processing, cancellation and returns
Product-specific processing, cancellation, deposit and return terms are still being finalized. Before purchasing a time-sensitive, perishable, live-bee or appointment product, request the applicable terms by email. Do not mail or deliver a return without authorization.
